咳嗽有外感咳嗽和内伤咳嗽之分,而外感咳嗽又分风寒咳嗽和风热咳嗽,不同类型的咳嗽在用药上是完全不同的,食疗的方法也就不同。若弄反了冷咳与热咳治疗方法,寒痰用「镇咳法」则痰积在胸中,痰更咳不出来,会引发更严重之气喘;热咳若用「袪痰法」则会促进咳嗽的频率而更咳嗽不止。治疗咳嗽并不困难,最要紧的是能完全掌握咳嗽的原因与过程,便能迅速治愈咳嗽。
以下5种咳嗽父母可以先观察,不急送医院,可以通过食疗的方法缓解症状,治疗咳嗽:
1. 虽有咳嗽、发烧,但精神好,大多是感冒或扁桃体炎。
2. 感冒、发烧和咳嗽后又一直咳嗽。
3. 咳嗽、痰多,但不发热,精神好。
4. 只发生在清晨的咳嗽。
5. 紧张时或运动后的轻微咳嗽。
[风寒咳嗽] :风寒侵袭,肺气失于宣降所致,多见于冬春两季。寒咳表现:痰多色稀白,呈泡沫状,喉间有痰声,易咳出,且头痛,鼻塞,流清涕,或伴有怕冷、畏寒,无汗,舌淡红,苔薄白,脉浮紧。寒咳最大的不同就是肺中有痰,耳朵贴靠病人胸壁,令病人用力呼吸,可听到气管内似水笛哮鸣声音,病人常会有胸闷,有时需要深呼吸来补充一下氧气。严重者会有气喘的现象。这时应吃一些温热、化痰止咳的食品。
一、寒咳治疗:当以发散风寒,宣肺止咳为治。重要的是能促进排出气管内之痰,和减少气管内的分泌,可选用三拗汤加减,药取麻黄、甘草各3克,杏仁、荆芥、前胡、桔梗、苏子、法夏、陈皮、桂枝、百部、白前各5克,水煎服,每日1剂。中成药可选用杏苏止咳糖浆、小青龙口服液等。
二、寒咳护理:
1、夜间尽量不要开冷气睡,如开冷气应在摄氏25度左右,最好穿上袜子。
2、不穿敞领口的上衣睡。注意保护领至肩关节部位。
3、少在家里赤脚行动,应穿上拖鞋。
三、寒咳食疗:
1.生姜+红糖+大蒜
孩子患了风寒感冒,喝温热的生姜红糖水能起到很好的治疗作用,如果孩子同时还伴有咳嗽,可在生姜红糖水里再加2~3瓣大蒜一起煮,要用小火煮10分钟,把蒜头的辣味煮掉,这样孩子才肯喝。
2.蒸大蒜水
取大蒜2~3瓣,拍碎,放入碗中,加入半碗水,放入一粒冰糖,把碗加盖放入锅中去蒸,大火烧开后改用小火蒸15分钟即可。当碗里的蒜水温热时喂给孩子喝,大蒜可以不吃。一般一天2~3次,一次小半碗。大蒜性温,入脾胃、肺经,治疗寒性咳嗽、肾虚咳嗽效果非常好,而且方便简单,孩子也愿意喝。
3.烤橘子
将橘子直接放在小火上烤,并不断翻动,烤到橘皮发黑,并从橘子里冒出热气即可。待橘子稍凉一会,剥去橘皮,让孩子吃温热的橘瓣。如果是大橘子,孩子一次吃2~3瓣就可以了,如果是小贡桔,孩子一次可以吃一只。最好配合大蒜水一起吃,一天2~3次。橘子性温,有化痰止咳的作用。吃了烤橘子后痰液的量会明显减少,镇咳作用非常明显,而且孩子都愿意吃。
4.麻油姜末炒鸡蛋
将一小勺麻油放入炒锅内,油热后放入姜末,稍在油中过一下,随即打入1个鸡蛋炒匀。孩子风寒咳嗽及体虚咳嗽时,每晚让孩子在临睡前趁热吃一次,坚持吃上几天,就能收到明显效果。
5.梨+花椒+冰糖
梨一个,洗净,横断切开挖去中间核后,放入20颗花椒,2粒冰糖,再把梨对拼好放入碗中,上锅蒸半小时左右即可,一只梨可分两次吃完。蒸花椒冰糖梨对治疗风寒咳嗽效果非常明显,但有的孩子不喜欢花椒的味道,家长可自己选择。
6、生姜粥
生姜3片,大米30克。将生姜洗净,切碎,同大米煮为稀粥服食。每日1~2剂,连续3~5天。可暖脾胃,散风寒,利肺气。
以上是治疗风寒咳嗽的食疗方,家长在运用这些方法治病的同时,还应注意以下性寒凉的食物不能让孩子吃:绿豆、螃蟹、蚌肉、田螺、蜗牛、柿子、柚子、香蕉、猕猴桃、甘蔗、西瓜、甜瓜、苦瓜、荸荠、慈姑、海带、紫菜、生萝卜、茄子、芦蒿、藕、冬瓜、丝瓜、地瓜等。
四、寒咳按摩法:
1、脐疗:麻黄、细辛、五味子、罂粟壳各10克,共研细末装瓶备用。使用时取药末适量,用蜂蜜适量调匀,外敷于肚脐处,敷料包扎,胶布固定,每日换药1次,至病愈为止。可疏风散寒,宣肺止咳。
2、药浴:生姜适量,择净,放入药罐中,加清水适量,浸泡5~10分钟后,水煎取汁,放入浴盆中,待温时足浴,每次1剂,每日2~3次,每次10~30分钟,连续2~3天。可温肺散寒
[风热咳嗽]:风热犯肺,入里化热,热灼津液,肺失清肃所致,以夏秋较多见。 热咳表现:痰色黄稠,量少,干咳无痰或咳痰不爽,咽干疼痛,声音嘶哑,喉痒欲咳,口渴,常伴有发热、头痛、头晕、舌红、苔薄黄、脉浮或浮数。 初期气管壁会有化脓样痰的分泌,会咳出黄色、绿色浓痰。数日之后病情减轻不再有脓样痰分泌,但局部仍有红肿,气管喉头仍觉很痒,咳嗽变为无痰。
一、热咳治疗:
热咳的治疗主要是镇咳兼清肺热并治疗细菌感染,若有浓痰者则佐以排痰之药剂。当以疏风清热,宣肺止咳为治,可选用麻杏石甘汤加减,药取麻黄、甘草各3克,石膏10克,桑叶、菊花、杏仁、前胡、连翘、大力子、贝母、桔梗、竹茹各5克,水煎服,每日1剂。中成药可选用止咳枇杷露、蛇胆川贝液、三蛇胆川贝露等。
二、热咳护理:
与寒咳一样,爸妈要加强宝宝居室卫生,冷暖、干湿适度,防止烟尘及特殊气味的刺激。清淡饮食,不要吃辛辣刺激之物。患者在饮食上特别注意禁食甜点、冷饮、辛辣,与可乐、咖啡等甜甜黏黏的食物,以免刺激喉头气管,若咳嗽改善了应再忌口一、二周避免刺激复发。
三、热咳食疗:
1.梨+冰糖+川贝
把梨靠柄部横断切开,挖去中间核后放入2~3粒冰糖,5~6粒川贝(川贝要敲碎成末),把梨拼对拼好放入碗里,上锅蒸30分钟左右即可,分两次给宝宝吃。此方有润肺、止咳、化痰的作用。
2.煮萝卜水
白萝卜洗净,切4~5薄片,放入小锅内,加大半碗水,放火上烧开后,再改用小火煮5分钟即可。等水稍凉后再给宝宝喝,此方治疗风热咳嗽、鼻干咽燥、干咳少痰的效果是不错的,2岁以内的宝宝收到的效果更好。
3.还可以给宝宝吃下列食物:
①柿子:性大寒,能清热、化痰、止咳。但宝宝一次只能吃一只,吃多了肚子会不舒服。
②西瓜:性寒,能治一切热症。宝宝在夏天如患了风热咳嗽,可给他多吃西瓜。
③枇杷:性凉,能润肺化痰止咳。适宜热性咳嗽吐黄脓痰的宝宝吃。
④荸荠:性寒,荸荠水能化痰、清热。取2~3只荸荠去皮,切成薄片,放入锅中,加一碗水,在火上烧5分钟即可。此方对热性咳嗽吐脓痰者效果好。
4、贝母粥
贝母5克,大米30克,白糖适量。将贝母择净,放入锅中,加清水适量,浸泡5~10分钟后,水煎取汁,加大米煮粥,待熟时调入白糖,再煮一二沸服食,或将贝母研粉,每次取药末1克,调入粥中服食,每日1~2剂,连续3~5天。可化痰止咳,清热宣肺。
宝宝患风热咳嗽时,还可以给他吃冬瓜煨汤、炒丝瓜、炒藕片、炒苦瓜,这同样起到消内热、祛火、止咳的作用。辛辣、容易上火的食物禁止食用,如羊肉、狗肉、乌骨鸡、鱼、虾、枣、桂圆肉、荔枝、核桃仁、辣椒、樱桃、蚕蛹。
四、热咳按摩法:
1、脐疗:黄芩20克,鱼腥草15克,青黛、丹参各10克,共研细末装瓶备用。使用时取药末适量,用蜂蜜适量调匀,外敷于肚脐处,敷料包扎,胶布固定,每日换药1次,至病愈为止。可清热宣肺,化痰止咳。
2、药浴:麻黄、杏仁、甘草各5克,大力子15克,石膏30克。将上方如上法水煎取汁足浴,每次15~30分钟,每日2~3次,每日1剂,连续3~5天。可清热宣肺,止咳化痰。
3、脚低按摩法:
对于风热咳嗽,并同时伴有咽痛、扁桃体发炎的宝宝可以采用脚底按摩的方法。 先上下来回搓宝宝的脚心,每只脚搓30下。然后每个脚趾都上下按摩20~40下。重点按摩脚面大脚趾根部两侧的部位,只要扁桃体发炎时,这个部位就会很疼,每只脚按摩5分钟。按摩后,宝宝咽喉肿痛的症状会明显减轻。按摩后要及时给宝宝多喝温开水,也可以喝淡淡的盐开水。每天坚持给宝宝按摩两次,再配合食疗,宝宝的病会很快愈合。 以上介绍的食疗方,成人也可食用,只是食物的量要稍多一些。
[内伤咳嗽]:指长期的、反复发作的慢性咳嗽。内伤咳嗽或是因感冒发烧引起的咳嗽,虽然感冒发烧的症状已消失,但咳嗽却一直好不了。
反复咳嗽的宝宝由于使用消炎药和止咳药较多,胃口较差、没有食欲,舌苔几乎是白苔。因此父母首先要调理宝宝的脾胃,提高宝宝的身体素质。具体食疗法如下:
1. 风寒咳嗽的食疗方都适合内伤咳嗽的宝宝服用。
2. 山药粥
把山药去皮,切成小块放入食品粉碎机内,再加半碗水,将山药加工成稀糊状。然后倒入锅中,放火上烧,同时要不停地搅动,烧开即可。宝宝最好在空腹时食用,做好的一碗山药粥可以分2~3次喂宝宝。山药健脾胃、补肺气、益肾精,此方最适合婴幼儿食用,不但能止咳治哮喘,还对小儿的厌食、虚汗多、流口水、气虚胆小等病症也有很好的治疗效果。需要注意的是,山药煎煮的时间不宜过久, 否则其中所含的淀粉酶就会分解,丧失滋补功效。
3. 红枣+白果 ☆
此方适合2岁以上的宝宝食用。取红枣3粒、白果3粒放入小锅中,加上大半碗水,中火烧10分钟即可。每晚临睡前给宝宝服用。红枣性温、益气补气,健脾胃;白果性平敛肺气,定咳喘,并有固肾的作用,所以对一些久咳不愈、反复感冒、咳嗽、发烧的患儿很有效果,同时它还可以治疗遗尿症。需要注意的是,红枣和白果的量一定要掌握好,只限于3粒,量多了会导致宝宝上火、气滞。
4. 核桃+芝麻+红枣+蜂蜜 ☆
核桃仁半斤,黑芝麻2两,红枣半斤,把它们碾碎后放入大碗中搅拌均匀,再放入1饭勺蜂蜜、3饭勺水(由于蜂蜜难搅拌均匀,所以可先将蜂蜜和水在火上加热)。把大碗加盖,放入大锅中蒸,大火烧开后改用小火蒸40分钟即可。每天早晚给宝宝吃一勺。此方最适合儿童服用,不但能治小儿久咳、支气管炎、哮喘,而且对小儿的便秘也有非常好的效果。此方如果长期食用的话,能增强宝宝的体质。
[小儿咳嗽注意“养”] :俗话说“三分治,七分养”,欲治愈小儿咳嗽不可不注意“养”。
1、保持居室内空气新鲜
污浊的空气对呼吸道粘膜会造成不良刺激,可使呼吸道粘膜充血、水肿、分泌异常或加重咳嗽,严重的可引起喘息症状。因此,要保持室内空气新鲜,厨房油烟要排出,家长更不可在家吞云吐雾过烟瘾。应定时开窗换气。
2、及时增减衣被
许多家长认为,孩子肯定比大人怕冷,他们往往不分季节,不分室内室外,将孩子捂得过厚,包得过严,不让孩子受一点寒气,其结果是造成机体调节能力差,抵抗力低下。
3、调节室温
孩子咳嗽往往伴有发热,而室温过高不利于身体散热。稍冷而新鲜的空气可使呼吸道粘膜收缩,减轻充血、肿胀,保持气道通畅。但温度过低,又会使消化吸收的营养物质过多地用于氧化以产生能量保持体温,削弱了抗病能力,影响生长发育。适宜的温度是25—28℃,称为中性温度。一般条件下很难保持这种温度,但可以做到室温不至于过高、过低。适当开关门窗,避免室内人员拥挤,使用电扇、取暖器或空调,均是简便易行的措施。
4、居室保持适当湿度
环境过于干燥,空气湿气下降,粘膜发干、变脆,小血管可能破裂出血,纤毛运动受限,痰液不易咯出。呼吸器官有炎症时,影响更为明显。保持室内一定湿度并不困难。气候干燥时,可常用湿拖把拖地,或在地上洒些水。
5、注意饮食调节
俗话说“鱼生火,肉生痰,青菜豆腐保平安”。中医认为,鱼、蟹、虾和肥肉等荤腥、油腻食物,可能助湿生痰,有的还可能引起过敏反应,加重病情。辣椒、胡椒、生姜等辛辣之品,对呼吸道有刺激作用,使咳嗽加重,要注意避免。而新鲜蔬菜如青菜、胡萝卜、西红柿等,可以供给多种维生素和无机盐,有利于机体代谢功能的恢复。
6、保证充足睡眠
睡眠时,全身肌肉松弛,对外界刺激反应降低,心跳、呼吸、排泄等活动减少,有利于各种器官机能恢复及疾病的康复。应设法让孩子多卧床休息,保证孩子充足的睡眠,以利于机体康复.

Tofu Fries
Are you looking for a delicious and healthy alternative to greasy, starch-laden, french-fries? Maybe you just want something different? May I present tofu fries. These are extremely easy to make, not to mention economical and better for you.
Start with a package of extra-firm tofu. Remove the block of tofu and wrap in a double layer of paper towels. Place on a plate, then place another plate on top and weight it down with a skillet or can of corn. Wait 20 minutes, then drain off the water that has been pressed out.
Now take the block and slice it into 3/4" sticks. Use about 1/2 cup of cornstarch on a large plate, then roll each tofu stick in the cornstarch to coat. Heat 2-3 inches of oil to approximately 350 degrees. Use a thermometer to make sure! After the oil has heated, fry the tofu in several batches, using tongs to keep them separated. Cook to golden-brown and delicious, approximately 3-4 minutes. Remove the fries and drain on paper towels, then immediately season with sea salt. Serve with Asian ketchup (recipe below).
Asian Ketchup
---------------
1/2 cup ketchup
3 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs sesame oil
1 Tbs Sriracha or Sambal Oelek (Asian garlic/pepper sauce)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs fresh ginger, minced
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Let rest 30 mins before serving to allow flavors to meld.

在郑博士咨询的案例中,一些朋友埋怨自己情感不好,财运欠佳、小人太多,命运不公。最后郑博士分析的结果往往出乎他们的意料:一些朋友由于不注重口德,因此容易随意伤害别人,嘴上不积德,最终结果是伤害了别人同时也伤害了自己。
人世间的健康,快乐,富贵,长寿,平安等等之福源皆有德而生。
郑博士认为,要想运势好,口德很重要。人的一生须练就两项本领:一是说话让人结缘,二是做事让人感动。“恶语伤人心,良言利于行”。行事之恶,莫大于苛刻;心术之恶,莫大于阴险;言语之恶,莫大于造诬。伤人以言,甚于刀剑。古人说:口能吐玫瑰,也能吐蒺藜。
不注意口德、说出伤人的话,往往就像往墙壁上钉了钉子,待悔悟时拔下钉子,却永远留下了疤痕。正如你捅了别人一刀,不管你说了多少次对不起,那个伤口却永远不会消失。这个伤痛会一直存在!语言切勿刺人骨髓,戏谑切勿中人心病。便是这个道理。还有一说就是心地再好,嘴巴不好,也不能算是好人,一个人若有一颗豆腐心,却长着一张刀子嘴,也往往会恶语伤人六月寒而不会良言一句三冬暖。
开口讥诮人,不惟丧身,足亦丧德。郑博士提醒朋友们:从中国传统的命理学和位理学角度来看,修炼口德,就是修炼自己的气场,一身正气才能好运多多。口德好才能运势好,运势好才能少走弯路,多些成就。
郑博士讲一个朋友们可能耳熟能详的故事:
梅兰芳的表演艺术,早已炉火纯青,有口皆碑,获得国人一致好评。然而,有家小报的记者,却要反其道而行之,故意挑衅梅先生。以此来抬高自己的知名度,以便更好推销这份小报。然而,梅先生却不予理睬。这小报记者更急眼了,以至漫骂、羞辱梅先生。梅先生还是一言不发,不予争辩。周边的人都看不下去,梅先生还是耐下性子,说服大家,不要去管他。后来,也就烟消云散,不了了之了。
若干日子之后,这位小报记者贫困潦倒,到处借钱借不着。一天,他想到了梅先生,何不试试,看他能不能借点钱给我?于是,他绞尽脑汁想了很多。他到梅先生家门口求见,梅先生出来见他。他按事先的准备虔诚地地检讨自己,梅先生打断了他,说,别讲了,你有什么事吗?小报记者说了起没钱、借钱的遭遇。梅先生掏出200块钱给他,说请走吧。这位记者感动得扑哧跪倒在梅先生跟前。梅先生说,走吧。
事后,梅先生还教导自己的家人,一定要注意“口德”,嘴巴要积德,嘴巴要让人;嘴巴让人,一生平安。他自己也以身作则,从未背后说过一个人的不是。华东师大翁思再先生深有感慨地说,梅兰芳一生,就是这样做的——施舍、助人、宽容、律已。所以,他不仅成为京剧艺术的泰斗,而且也是道德高尚、为人师表的楷模。
可见,恶言不出口,苛言不留耳。郑博士认为这是我们每一个朋友应该具有的修养,有了这样的修养,你就能化腐朽为神奇,风生水起好运来。下面,郑博士辑录关于口德的格言,仅供朋友们参考:

I'm not going to write more about "Rice water" as I'm sure there are many sites have great info about it. Instead, I'm going to purely record the outcomes of using it to treat my dandruff issue.
My problem of severe dandruff at the back of my head happened since about 4 years ago till now. I had seeked professional advices before but nothing seemed work out. Also, I had tried extra virgin coconut oils, apple cider vinegar, lime and lemon juice. All did not cure neither brought any improvement. Of course, I can't compare much here as I never really record their outcomes or did them persistently for at least a month or more.
This time, I'm going to record the journey of "Rice Water Treatment" as frequent as I can.

Starting washing hair in the evening without commercial shampoo or conditioner, feel quite the same except no fragrance smell. The hair is still manageable and smooth, except my split ends are still the same due to chemical rebonding lately.

Right after the hair wash, scalp feel really clean and no sticky at all as what I thought it would, but after about 3 hours, my scalp starting to feel itchy again and when scratching there are still many white flakes dropping on my shoulder. But somehow, I feel that not too much of flakes but the itchyness is quite the same.

A day without helper, juggling with an active preschooler & a fussy baby, not forgetting housechores too

Keep in mind
- Things do come up! NN will wake up early or etc, so this schedule does need to be altered sometimes. However, once you are in the habit of doing all of these things it will not be necessary to focus so much on the time of day, except for when its time to eat and when its time for nap.
- I'm still breastfeeding NN but totally based on her demand, so whenever she wants, I'll just latch her. Hence, this does not stated in schedule aboved.
- When JJ was the only kid last time, I used to bring him out for evening walk daily - yes, almost everyday. Now? Huh, not too easy but promise to try my best. This is also why whenever we go out, we will definitely bring him along.
